I can't login into the library online resources?
Answer
1. Library webpage
If you are having a problem accessing full text online articles or books, it's a good idea to start your search on library platforms:
- MultiSearch
- Databases on our website
2. Username & password
When you are asked to log in, use your Institutional username and password (the same login you use to log in to your DkIT email).
3. Delete browsing history/cache
If this does not work delete your browsing history/cache and try again.
4. Contact Library
If you are still having problems logging in, email library@dkit.ie to check if there is an issue affecting access.
5. Contact Computer Services
If there is no issues from the library end and you still do not get access contact Computer Services either by:
• Putting a ticket up on the IT Helpdesk
• Emailing them at helpdesk@dkit.ie
When raising a ticket or emailing please include your contact details and as much detail as possible to assist IT technical support team in responding and resolving.
